The original Moai statues were monolithic with minimal style and carved by the Polynesian colonizers of Easter Island between 1250 and 1500. The statues are regarded as the embodiment of former chiefs and are important lineage status symbols. Statues range up to 33 ft and weights up to 82 tons. We create a number of different shapes along with variations in pigments and all are concrete cured making them ideal guardians, indoors and out. This Moai weighs 4.0 oz, is 2 1/4" tall, 1 1/4" by 3/4" wide at the base and has furniture protection on the base.
